We are open on Mondays to Fridays from
08:00hrs to 17:00hrs and
Saturdays from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs

We offer group and private tours to various
locations throughout Guyana.
Rupununi, Kaieteur, Orinduik, Linden,
Essequibo River, Mazaruni River, Georgetown
City Tour, New Amsterdam, Essequibo Lakes,
Indigenous Villages, Mahdia, and many
others.
We can also offer experiences; such as
hiking, fishing, wildlife spotting, food,
culture and so much more.
What information is required to make a reservation for a tour?
We require your:
Full Name
Email address
Mobile number
The Tour you are interested in.
Number of persons
Date you are interested in.
For tours to Kaieteur; your accurate body
weight is required.
What are your payment options?
We offer several payment options for your convenience:
Cash is at Optical World, on Thomas Street, between Quamina and Church Sts

Where is your office located?
We operate mainly online,so you can book a
tour and pay from the convenience of your
home.
We do accept cash payments at Optical
World on Thomas Street, between Quamina
and Thomas Street.
Is Touring Guyana, certified for tourism?
Yes, we are a registered business and also
certified by Guyana Tourism Authority.
Our tour guides are trained for first aid, tour
guiding and safety.
What is your Payment & Cancellation Policy for 1 day tours?
Pay in full 5+ days before the tour./li>
If we cancel/reschedule, you’ll get 100%
refund or a new date.
Customer cancellations/reschedules:
5+ days: 100% refund or new date.
48 hrs - 5 days: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hrs: No refund.
Refunds processed within 3 business days.

What is your Payment & Cancellation Policy for overnight tours?
Payment: Full payment is due 15 days before your
tour.
Our Cancellations: If we cancel due to weather or
low participation, you’ll receive a 100% refund or a
new tour date.
Your Cancellations::
10+ days before: 100% refund
7-9 days before: 50% refund.
5 days or less: No refund.
Refunds are processed within 3 days.
